The editorial team checks scope, applied value, and that original data files are attached.
Independent reviewers assess relevance, data integrity, rigor, and sustainability value.
You receive one of three outcomes: accept, revisions required, or decline.
Accepted articles are published openly so researchers and industry can use them.
Submission Checklist
Make sure each item is ready before you enter the journal system. Full details are in the author guidelines.
- Applied focus: the manuscript solves a practical industrial, medical, agricultural, or technological problem.
- Abstract: states the Problem Solved and the Industrial/Practical Application.
- Raw data attached: original data, experimental logs, or source code as supplementary files.
- Anonymized: author names and affiliations removed from the manuscript file.
- File format: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or LaTeX.
- AI disclosure: any AI writing assistance stated in the methods section.
Common Questions
Can I use AI tools when writing my manuscript?
Yes. AI tools may be used for language enhancement, translation, and formatting with no penalty. They must not be used to generate results, data, or scientific conclusions, and their use should be disclosed in the methods section.
What happens if I don't include raw data?
Submissions without original data files are automatically rejected. Raw data, experimental logs, or source code must be uploaded as supplementary files.
Do you accept theoretical papers or reviews?
No. Theoretical papers or general reviews that do not contribute to industrial or practical progress are not considered.
Is the journal open access?
Yes. All published articles are made available globally to foster innovation and bridge the gap between researchers and industry.
How is impartiality ensured?
ASAI uses double-blind peer review: authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.
