Submission Policy & Requirements

Review our guidelines to ensure your manuscript meets ASAI's standards for applied research excellence.

1. Scope and Objective

The ASAI Journal exclusively publishes Applied Research that provides tangible solutions to industrial, medical, agricultural, or technological challenges. We prioritize manuscripts that demonstrate a direct impact on technological advancement, environmental preservation, and the enhancement of global quality of life.

Important
Theoretical papers or general reviews that do not contribute to industrial or practical progress will not be considered for publication.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

ASAI recognizes the role of Artificial Intelligence in modern research.

  • Language & Formatting: Authors are permitted to use AI tools (e.g., LLMs) for language enhancement, translation, and formatting. There are no penalties or warnings for using AI as a supportive writing tool.
  • Academic Integrity: AI must not be used to generate results, data, or scientific conclusions. The intellectual ownership and responsibility for the content remain entirely with the human authors.
  • Disclosure: Please state any AI tools used for language or formatting in the methods section.

3. Data Originality and Verification (Mandatory)

To ensure the highest standards of scientific integrity, ASAI enforces a strict data policy:

  • Raw Data Submission: Authors must attach the original raw data, experimental logs, or source code used to reach their results as "Supplementary Files" during submission.
  • Verification: Submissions without original data files will be automatically rejected. Our editorial board uses AI-driven tools to verify the authenticity of datasets.

4. Submission Requirements

  • Abstract: Must clearly state the "Problem Solved" and the "Industrial/Practical Application."
  • Manuscript Format: Files should be submitted in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or LaTeX.
  • Peer Review: ASAI follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure impartiality. Remove author names and affiliations from the manuscript file.
  • Open Access: All published articles are made available globally to foster innovation and bridge the gap between researchers and industry.

5. Ethics and Sustainability

Submissions aligned with the European Union's sustainability goals, waste management innovation, and resource preservation are highly encouraged. We seek research that contributes to a "Healthy, Recovered, and Developed World."
